Scissorhappy was started in 2004 to with two goals. The primary intent was to promote and utilize all the wonderful vintage patterns and fabric we offer-in a word to recycle these components into something beautiful, wearable and unique.
The second is promote the scissor arts- Sewing, patternmaking, design with needle, scissors and thread.
For our customers to be inspired to create by any of the designs or textiles found here would be the biggest thrill!

Merchandise is shipped via US post office priority mail.
Shipping charges for U.S.A are as follows:
Total orders from-
$1.00 - $49.99 = $4.60
$50.00 - $99.00 = $8.55 priority flat rate box can fit up to 15 yards and 10 patterns
$100.00 - $199.00 = $10.00
International customers-
For overseas destinations such as Great Britain, Germany, Australia and Canada most shipping is $11.00 to 13.00 for a international priority envelope which can fit about 4-5 patterns. Please select global priority as your shipping method at checkout. I only charge what the US post office charges, I do not add any handling fees. Actual value of your order is posted on the customs forms. Kindly keep in mind you may have to pay VAT or customs duty tax on your orders. Check with your local customs office to determine your country's laws or limits.
